      In general este bun dar pentru a arata pasii concreti, contorizarea pasilor, trebuie sa ridic piciorul de pe pedala stanga, la fiecare set de 2 pasi. Nu stiu cum este setat , nu zice nici in carte nici un surub sau ceva de reglat,pentru reglarea sau pozitionarea pozitiei de contorizare. Este foarte enervant dar mai nou numar in gand. :(

      Simplu si util

      Usor de montat, usor de folosit. Inainte de fiecare utilizare trebuie stranse 4 suruburi cu mica surubelnita primita, dar nu ne deranjeaza, face parte din incalzire.

      Mă bucur că am cumpărat stepperul, așa fac zilnic mișcare,chiar se văd rezultatele!

      Great leg exercis

      For people who do not exercise at all this a good buy. It's not taxing to start off with and you can then build-up on the stamina as you go. I usually exercise while watching the telly. I can see my legs shaping up now (better than what they were 4-5 months ago).

      MS120 Stepper is one of my favourites too! I love it as it has anti-slip feet and pedals with grippy surfaces to ensure maximum stability when in use. The battery operated monitor tracks ed since the start of your workout. You can then analyse these indicators to see how much you improve from one session to the next!how many reps you've done, how long it is since you started, the pace you're going at, and how many calories you've burn
